Return and Refund Policy

If you have purchased goods online through my website you are entitled to a cooling-off period of 14 days, which begins on the day you receive delivery of your order. During the cooling-off period, you may cancel your order for any reason. Upon cancellation, you must return your order within 14 days. During this time you are responsible for keeping the goods you bought in perfect resalable condition.  

I will give you a full refund provided that the good(s) which you wish to return  is unused, complete and is in a re-salable condition.

Goods which are returned for a refund must be returned with the invoice. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the buyers own expense. ( Except in the case where the goods are faulty ).

If i have been notified of any valid claim in respect of goods sold by me through my online store, which is based on any defect in the quality of the goods or their failure to meet specification due to damage caused during transit. The goods will be replaced free of charge, including any delivery costs incurred or, at my sole discretion, refund the price of the goods, but I shall have no further liability to the purchaser.
