I developed an interest in wildlife and especially birds at an early age. I am essentially a self taught artist, having given up art shortly after leaving school, opting rather to study Engineering and Environmental sciences at University.i started painting again in 2001, and now spend many hours in the field observing, sketching and photographing wildlife and their habitats.
